I had a fantastic experience with the team! They were super friendly and explained everything in detail, which made me feel at ease. I recently took my car in for some pretty extensive repairs, and I must say, I was genuinely impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns. They provided a thorough diagnosis and explained the repair process in a way that was easy to understand, which I greatly appreciated. The mechanics seemed knowledgeable and passionate about their work, which gave me confidence in their recommendations. Plus, the pricing was very fair for the amount of work that was done. I also liked that they offered to show me the old parts they replaced, just to give me a better sense of the repairs made. The only thing I would suggest is improving the communication about when my car would be ready; I had to follow up a couple of times for updates. However, when I did get through, they were always polite and helpful. Overall, I’m pleased with how my car is running now and would definitely return for future maintenance and repairs!
